Our Behaviour Team is comprised of a Behaviour Manager, Deputy Behaviour Manager, four Behaviour Mentors and two Behaviour Administrators. Their sole responsibility is monitoring and mentoring the behaviour of students within the academy. This includes pastoral, safeguarding and mentoring support.
