We’re looking for an experienced Engineering teacher/assessor who is….

•   positive, supportive and passionate, with a can-do attitude

•   approachable, enabling growth in individuals to be confident in making the right decisions

•   experienced within the Engineering industry

•   experienced in leading a team

•   able to lead by example both in actions and personal development

What you’ll be doing…

•   leading a team of lecturers and work-based assessors

•   measuring the performance and effectiveness of the curriculum

•   monitoring, tracking and ensuring the continued success and achievement rates of our engineering provision

•   deliver sessions within your subject of expertise

•   supporting, training and mentoring the next generation of engineers at our state-of-the-art Technology Centre in Monkerton (near M5 junction 29), and on site with a range of employers

•   You may also have a caseload of students to visit in the workplace, so there’ll be lots of variety
