As a Data Manager, you will play a key role through the rigorous monitoring and analysis of management information across all key areas whilst facilitating the raising of standards across the Academy. Overview of Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Maintain and update student records accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the integrity and security of all school-related data.
- Implement and oversee data entry procedures to minimize errors and ensure consistency.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyse reports related to student performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports to school leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic planning and improve school processes.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for staff on data management best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to staff in the use of data systems and tools.
