Job overview
Fernhill School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic qualified or trainee SENCO to lead a department committed to raising the attainment of our SEND students. The person appointed will lead a supportive team, inspire students and build their confidence.
You will:
· Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff to improve students’ performance.
· Be innovative in implementing a range of interventions for our students.
· Understand how to use data to evaluate the impact of interventions to ensure our students achieve their very best.
