Position: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)

The SENDCo will play a key role in supporting students with special educational needs by coordinating support services, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that all students receive the appropriate resources and interventions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a SENDCo or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of current SEN legislation, frameworks, and best practices
- Ability to assess student needs accurately and develop effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, parents, and external professionals
- Organizational skills to manage records, reports, and coordinate support programs effectively
- Experience training or advising teaching staff on inclusive strategies
