This is an exciting opportunity, which will require the successful candidate to carry out a range of duties relating to the running, upkeep and security of our College sites in Sutton, Surrey. You will work with the Senior Premises Officer and Head of Estates and Facilities to ensure that the buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standards and in line with the Estates and Facilities SLA.

This is a hands-on role, therefore you must have the ability to turn your hand to any task, such as maintenance and repairs, and supervision of contractors. You must have excellent communication skills, a full clean driving licence, previous experience of health and safety, security and managing projects.
