An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, flexible and hardworking Administrative Assistant. You will perform everyday clerical and administrative duties associated with school operations; liaising with students, staff and parents.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and efficient Administrative Assistant who has:
- A calm, friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- The ability to develop good relationships and work in a flexible team.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge of SIMS (Capita)
- A commitment to professional development.
