You will be able to work collaboratively, be receptive to new ideas, and have proven experience of positively improving pupil progress and raising standards in all areas of school. In addition, you will be keen to develop your skill set, through CPD that will motivate and challenge you to develop and strengthen your confidence and impact.
There are opportunities for a whole school responsibility with a TLR for candidates seeking career progression.
