As part of this role, you will assess and expand the provision of Human Resources and Management based learning within the Management faculty along with being responsible for an agreed caseload of candidates, provide occupational training and assessment and where appropriate undertake internal Quality Assurance. This will take place in a variety of work environments including on site assessments, in the workplace or College. For this position, you must hold Level 5 Human Resource Diploma with CIPD membership and level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre. The college also plays host to a number of vocational teaching workshops and study areas.
