The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dedicated and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join a large team of professionals working with learners with a wide range of complex needs including severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, medical needs and autism.

Our vision is to enable everyone to reach and go beyond their potential. We are a day special school located in Braintree. We currently have the pleasure of teaching, supporting and learning with 235 amazing young people aged 3-19.

We are an ambitious school who places the learners at the centre of everything we do, supporting each and every one to make the best progress they possibly can.

You will be:

  • experienced in leadership and management in a special school
  • a passionate advocate for young people with additional needs and disabilities
