Role Overview:
As Associate Assistant Headteacher– Teaching Development & Coaching , you will play a key role in developing teaching practices and coaching staff to enhance learning outcomes. You will work closely with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting teachers at all stages of their careers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a senior leadership role within secondary education
- Strong understanding of effective pedagogy and curriculum implementation
- Knowledge of evidence-informed teaching approaches
- Ability to coach, develop and inspire staff
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- A passion for improving teaching quality and student achievement
- Ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents
- Organised with good time management skills
- Willingness to learn new strategies for coaching and development
- DfE recognised qualified teacher status/Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status
