We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Attendance Officer to join our dedicated Team at Oasis Arena, South Norwood. Join our passionate team at the Academy, inspire our dedicated students and make your mark on our community.

The Role

This is a full time, 37 hours per week position, working term time only - 39 weeks of the year. Salary: Support Staff Scale 13-17 Outer London + Pension Scheme. The pro rata salary will be £26230.39 - £27887.05 depending on experience.

We are looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for supporting the Academy’s commitment to improve attendance through the effective maintenance, analysis and reporting of attendance data and through active engagement with students, parents/carers and the wider community. You will need to understand barriers to attendance and implement strategies that serve to improve attendance.
