English Nursery and Primary School in Moscow is looking for a Campus Deputy Director to commence work in late August 2018. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher/manager who is highly responsible, adaptable, patient, takes initiative, independent and strives for good teamwork to provide professional expertise.
ENS was established in 2004 as a private nursery school in Moscow. We have 14 years experience teaching children in our 6 branches where classes range from Pre-Nursery to Year 6.
We follow the British Curriculum teaching mostly Russian children. The teaching experience with us is truly an enjoyable one as our teachers each have up to 3 Teaching Assistants to help in a classroom of up to 25 children. There are up to 12 Teachers and Teaching Assistants who are English native level speakers in each branch. In the school day children have separate lessons with music, movement, educational psychology and sport specialist teachers.
We have an individual approach to each child. We are concerned with the child’s holistic development with particular emphasis on their English language skills.

General responsibilities:
· Actively participating in preparing ENS Campus for the British Schools Overseas Accreditation.
· Responsibility for the internal organization, management and supervision of the school in partnership with the Campus Manager, ENS Head Teacher and other ENS Heads.
· Ensuring the achievement of excellent educational standards, in line with the UK Department of Education’s ‘Teacher’s Standards’.
· Inspire, challenge, motivate and support the teaching staff in teaching the British Curriculum.
· Safeguard the welfare of children at ENS.
· Represent ENS in a professional manner at all times.

ESL is a major part of teaching in a foreign country. The fantastic work of our teachers has meant that many of our children enroll as native speakers when they join international schools upon graduating from ENS; producing bilingual students is one of our main goals.
We are excited to share the fact that we take part in many charity activities. Our chosen charity is ‘To Russia with Love’ helping Russian orphanages. We run many initiatives throughout the year as well as orphanage visits with our staff.
