The Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation are looking to appoint an experienced, passionate and reflective teacher to join our staff team from September 2024. The position would be ideal for ECTs. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to their own professional development and to working collaboratively as part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate would be STEPS trained and/or familiar with a therapeutic/trauma informed approach to supporting pro-social behaviour. We can offer you the opportunity to be part of a learning community where teachers and senior leaders recognise the importance of ongoing professional development in a supportive culture through a coaching and targeted professional learning approach.   • Develops positive, productive relationships with children, staff and parents/carers
  • Is a reflective practitioner who dedicates themselves to continuing professional development

  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
