New Oaks Primary School

Oaklands is an outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow that provides specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism aged 4-19. We have a Primary school (New Oaks), and a Secondary school (High Oaks). We are based across two different sites with both our school buildings offering state of the art facilities for our students.  

We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic special schools’ practitioner at our primary school site to cover the maternity leave of our current EYFS Teacher.  We are eager to meet both experienced and new teachers who can join us in providing the best education possible for our students to help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential. We believe that all of our students are capable of making outstanding progress and we want to appoint individuals who share our belief. Pay Scale:                   MPS1 - MP6 

Actual Salary:              £34,514 - £46,001

SEN Points (Point 1 or 2 dependent upon relevant SEN experience).                                    

A TLR will also be paid if the successful candidate is interested in joining a

curriculum development team in addition to their teaching role.                     

Contract Type:            Full time and fixed term until August 2025

Induction:                    The successful candidates will need to attend a pre-employment before commencing employment
