Communications Assistant 

Full time, circa £24,000 p.a.  

This unique graduate-level role will support the Head of Communications in managing key internal and external communications.  

The job will involve responsibility for the school website, parent portal, our electronic newsletter and a range of other publications, some of which pupils publish themselves.  The post holder will also launch and manage social media accounts and assist with our ground-breaking Dads4Daughters initiative.  

Applicants must have sound, up-to-date knowledge of current IT and familiarity with social media platforms/applications.  You will be creative, with any eye for detail and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.  The ability to work with pupils and staff at all levels is essential for this role; experience of writing copy and editing would be advantageous.      

St Paul’s Girls’ School is one of the country’s leading independent secondary day schools for girls aged 11-18.  Housed in a grade II listed buildings on Brook Green, the school provides excellent facilities and is easily accessed by public transport (zone 2).
