Actual starting salary £17,679.28 per annum (Pro-rata to £25,127 – £26,383 per annum for a full-time position)  

30 hours per week, 5 days a week, 39 weeks per year (including 5 staff development days)

Responsibilities: 

- Provide cover supervision for classes during short-term teacher absences. 

- Support specific curriculum teams in delivering quality learning experiences. 

- Facilitate examination invigilation and assist with administrative tasks as required. 

- Engage with professional development opportunities and training programs. 

- Receive support and guidance to progress towards a career in teaching.

- A passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey. 

- Educated to degree level or equivalent. 

- Motivated by the desire to make a positive impact in the lives of students. 

- Willingness to learn and develop professionally. 

Safeguarding and Compliance:

All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Occupational Health check, two satisfactory references, an online check, and, where applicable, a prohibition from teaching check. Please note that this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and its amendments.
