Collect, curate, and interpret various data sources from difference school systems.

Organize, interpret and present data to users in a manner appropriate to users' skill set.

Act as the first point of contact between the school and standardized testing providers.

 Work closely with administrative assistants in planning and scheduling testing sessions.

Work closely with the IT department to provide needed support during the testing process.

Plan and organize usage of the school's Student Information System

Provide training and support as needed to various stakeholder groups in the use of the system, including in-service training for new teachers.

Works closely and collaboratively with the Head of Inclusion, Teaching & Learning and Curriculum to ensure that assessment data of all different groups of students can be accessed.

Responsible for assisting the coordination and the administration of internal and external assessments.

Ensure that effective transition practices are in place across the school, that assessment data is shared and used effectively.

Provides ongoing training and guidance to middle leaders and teachers in reviewing the assessment data and using the assessment information.

Undertake other reasonable duties as may be required or designated from time to time by the principal.
