Seven Sisters Primary School is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Head Teacher to commence in January 2019.

Seven Sisters is a well-respected diverse school for children aged 2 – 11, with 450 students on roll. In 2016, the school located in the borough of Haringey was graded “Good” by Ofsted. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and vibrant school and assist in taking the school on the journey towards “Outstanding”. 

Proud of our progress over the last three years, we have more to achieve and our new Deputy Head Teacher will play a key role in continuing that improvement as we move to the next level and beyond.

In addition to this, you will be a role model for the effective management of multiple stakeholder expectations whilst being confident and professional.

You will be a passionate, innovative and motivated senior leader with a genuine commitment to making a difference. 

You will take a major role in:

· Formulating the aims and objectives of the school

· Establishing policies for achieving these aims and objectives

· Managing staff and resources to that end

· Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives
