Do you have the vision to develop, evidence, and influence practice in Camden schools, working with a morally driven partnership that puts children and young people first?

Camden Learning is a unique, diverse, and exciting organisation in the heart of London, and a genuine pioneer for school led partnerships. Since our launch in 2017, we have established a very successful model for collaboration and improvement, resulting in Camden schools achieving well and children thriving. Our work is underpinned by the values of excellence alongside social equity and our education strategy to 2030 – Building Back Stronger- is well underway.

We are proud of our many initial successes but there is much more to do- this is where you come in. We’ll look to our new Director of Learning and Impact to draw from local and national evidence and initiatives, to help shape and innovate professional learning and research activity in partnership with schools across Camden. Working closely with the CEO and Camden Learning Board, you will broker creative and impactful solutions that are expertly configured to respond to future challenges, as well as translating strategic priorities into operational delivery across the schools.

To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate a proven track record as a headteacher, executive leader, or senior school improvement professional. Your credibility, gravitas, and impressive prior experience will ensure you can develop relationships with school leaders at pace, whilst using your platform and expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children and young people. You’ll need to demonstrate flair for building excellent relationships and you must be a naturally engaging and visible leader.
