What we need:
We need a professional, enthusiastic and committed person to join the Early Years Reception Class Team. The successful candidate must be able to use their own initiative, have excellent communication skills and be passionate about the safety, happiness and learning of the children.
This person must be someone with:
- The ability to organise, plan and prioritise time effectively and meet deadlines
- The ability to develop and maintain efficient record keeping / management information systems, providing accurate records and reports as required
- The ability to communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents and other agencies
- The ability work autonomously and as part of a team
- GCSE C grade or higher (or equivalent) in Maths and English, and an Early Years qualification
The weekly hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and until 5pm every Wednesday. Across the year, this equates to 35 hours per week (pro rata).
