Come and join the Leweston Team in this newly created role.

We are looking for a driven and talented Events Co-ordinator to join our team, who will have previous experience of overseeing wedding’s, events and general school bookings.

You will ensure consistent, outstanding enquiry handling processes are implemented with every call, email, and online enquiry, and work as the main point of contact for all weddings, special events enquiries and other bookings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all event organisation details are completed in a timely manner to protect revenue production and provide excellent coordination standards across all departments.

In addition to the co-ordination of events you will be responsible for ensuring that the School’s facilities are prepared and maintained appropriately for both internal and external events.

Ideally you will be an Events Management graduate with previous proven success in co-ordinating events in a busy environment.
