With the current Executive Headteacher retiring at the end of the academic year, the Federated Governing Body, Staff and Pupils are seeking a strong inspirational leader with the skills to lead our inclusive schools.
The successful candidate will work across Harefield Infant and Harefield Junior Schools and have an extensive proven, track record of developing and maintaining outstanding standards of achievement in a primary school setting.
The Governors are looking for an Executive Headteacher who is an innovative leader; with the ability to inspire, motivate and empower others, with strong people skills and the ability to communicate at all levels and to a range of audiences and have a track record of working well with key stakeholders. As Executive Headteacher you will expect the highest standards of all pupils, staff and members of the wider school community and have excellent organisation and planning skills together with a talent for analysis and decision-making and be committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
As Executive Headteacher you will also ensure all pupils in our inclusive schools receive the best possible educational experience to enable them to achieve their very highest educational and personal potential and encourage them to be independent learners and so prepare them to contribute as members of a diverse multicultural community.
