Family Engagement Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to build the relationships with our families and community that will help ensure all students have the opportunity to reach the high aspirations we have for them. You will take a proactive approach so that by working in close collaboration and with a fully supportive approach, barriers to learning can be overcome, and supports the trusts ethos of providing a safe, secure and compliant teaching and learning environment for our staff and students alike.

 We require a professional with a strong track record in a fast paced and diverse school to provide a safe and secure environment for our children. They will be forward thinking, proactive and responsive. The central Trust team are available to provide support and guidance to all schools and staff. Director of SEND and Safeguarding, Jude Macdonald is available to discuss any aspect of this role and provides ongoing support in all aspects of SEND and Safeguarding. (jmacdonald@pkat.co.uk)

•         Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 9, Point 24-28, £29,003 - £32,186.

• The appointment is for 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
• 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday – Thursday, Friday 8.00am – 3.30 (suggested)
