Bryanston seeks an energetic, forward-looking Finance Director with demonstrable commercial acumen. This role will have a strong and direct working relationship with the Head, the COO and Governors. As a key member of the School’s Executive Committee (ExCo) the Finance Director will drive the development of financial and operational strategies and their implementation helping to ensure long term financial viability.

We are seeking a commercially oriented qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) ideally with experience managing a finance function in a premium service (SME) organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience driving significant organisational performance improvement evidenced through key performance indicators.

About Bryanston School

Bryanston is an independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 3 to 18, set in a beautiful 400-acre site near Blandford Forum in Dorset. It includes Bryanston Prep School, a co-educational day and boarding prep school in the neighbouring village of Durweston.
