Required for September 2018 (Part-time 0.1 e.g. 3 hours) Are you a creative and inspiring teacher looking for a position in a new independent girls’ school? The Laurels School is seeking to appoint an energetic, creative and inspiring part-time specialist teacher of Food and Nutrition. The ideal candidate will be able to support students up to GCSE. The Laurels School was founded in 2013 to combine high academic standards and personal development within a Catholic framework. We currently have years 7 to 11 and a lower VIth form group. The successful candidate will be someone with a proven track record in raising achievement and will have the skills and attributes necessary to motivate students to understand and realise their ambitions. About The Laurels School
The Laurels School is an independent day school with a Catholic ethos for girls aged 11 to 18. The school attracts students from a wide geographical area, extending from parts of north London to Surrey.
The Laurels was judged to be ‘Excellent’ in its 2023 ISI inspection, both for academic achievement and for pupils’ personal development.
