We are looking to recruit a Group Curriculum Partner who has a passion for implementing innovative curricular that supports young people with complex needs to overcome their barriers to learning.

The Group Curriculum Partner will be part of our Operations team and directly supports our schools in delivering our unique Enterprise Learning curriculum & pedagogy.

Our creative, individualised approach to learning, is centred around well-being and skills for independence.   From the time our students arrive, we start thinking about where students will be moving to after they leave us to ensure they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed.

We understand the importance of building meaningful relationships with pupils and families to nurture growth and development of relational milestones such as, building trust and sharing enjoyment. Care and making connections are at the heart of our ethos and we work hard to ensure that all staff feel cared for too.

The Curriculum Partner will work with relevant colleagues to develop teaching and learning provision, implement our curriculum and provide the necessary support and training around this.

Working with the Group Head of Education they will quality assure all aspects of curriculum delivery. They will use data to measure the impact and quality of the curriculum which will be used to inform further curriculum development.

The Curriculum Partner plays a key part in supporting staff to deliver Enterprise Learning by developing colleagues knowledge and skills and establishing a creative and aspirational culture around Enterprise Learning.

Requirements of the post include:

  • Qualified education practitioner
  • Able to evidence experience of successfully implementing innovative curricula
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring to achieve affective outcomes
  • Ability to build excellent professional relationships
  • Develop and maintain a culture of high expectations with regard to Enterprise Learning and associated processes


This a remote role and the postholder will be expected to undertake regular travel to school across the group and associated locations.
