The opportunity
This is a superb full time, permanent opportunity for an able and inspirational teacher to adopt the leadership of the Department of Geography in a leading HMC School. This role will suit a candidate who is very motivated and committed to delivering teaching and learning of the highest quality. The role will suit an individual who recognises that progress, challenge and enjoyment are key to enabling all pupils to realise their potential and maximise their outcomes in the subject.
NULS was founded c.1602 and its academic calibre is renowned in the area. NULS has an enviable academic reputation and is renowned as the highest performing school in the region. NULS’ momentum and standing continues to reach new heights after being awarded the highest possible gradings under Independent School Inspection. The Department
The Geography Department is a very popular subject at Key Stage 4 and 5 and has contributed to the School’s enviable track record of results success. The team deliver a bespoke Key Stage 3 Curriculum, leading to GCSE at Key Stage 4. A Level Geography is very popular. The Department also offer a range of activities to stretch and encourage students such as field trips and international visits.
