Head of School

We are looking for an outstanding leader, team player and coach who will work in partnership with staff, children and their families to lead the school forward from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’, and beyond.

We want to appoint a candidate who:

• Is an excellent leader with a strong leadership background;
• Has a proven track record in leading learning and teaching through coaching, team-teaching and demonstrating excellence
• Is able to lead a system and culture of continual improvement, high standards and innovation in curriculum development
• Has the ability to utilise data systems to capture holistic progress and analyse data, in order to spot underperformance and intervene with demonstrable impact
• Will take a major role in monitoring and evaluating school provision related to learning and teaching, and pupil progress
• Have experience of improving measurable outcomes for the most complex and vulnerable learners
• Embraces opportunities with energy and enthusiasm
