Teaching ServiceLeeton High School has an enrolment of 460 students with 18% of the student population being of Aboriginal heritage. The school also continues to experience a steady increase in EAL/D enrolments. Located on Wiradjuri land, Leeton High School is well-resourced, set on attractive and spacious grounds and offers a diverse curriculum to prepare students for a productive and successful future. The school takes great pride in delivering a variety of academic, sporting, cultural, vocational and wellbeing focussed opportunities, boasts excellent creative and performing arts programs available to all students and is a Positive Behaviour for Learning school. The school’s Strategic Improvement Plan evidences a collective commitment to improving student growth and attainment, the refinement of teacher practice and collaboration and a renewed drive to enrich learning and wellbeing for greater engagement and success.
