An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, practising Catholic to join our Academy in this leadership role from August 2018

St Thomas More Catholic Voluntary Academy, located in Knighton, Leicester is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Headteacher with excellent communication skills. The school has undergone numerous changes over the past three years and in September will form part of the new St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Academy Trust, one of the four MATs in the Diocese of Nottingham. Our new Head will be someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity and can bring stability and direction to the school. We promote high standards in terms of teaching and learning, behaviour and achievement. Our vision is to educate children in the spirit of the Gospel values and the traditions of the Catholic Church, nurturing the talents and potential of each individual – both pupils and staff.
