The Governors of St James’ Catholic High School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Headteacher who is an outstanding classroom practitioner and a practising Catholic, committed to the ethos and vision of Catholic Education. This post commences on 1st January 2019 and offers an exciting career development opportunity for a hard-working and ambitious leader.
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior leader who:
• Is a practising Catholic with a strategic and inspiring vision of Catholic education
• Has a proven record of successful leadership as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
• Is committed to developing the Catholic ethos of the School.
• Has energy, enthusiasm and a record of raising achievement and has proven leadership qualities.
• Has the ability to lead, manage and inspire.
