Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Hartlepool Free School (SEMH)

We are delighted to continue our recruitment to our new purpose built school, and are looking for a caring, nurturing individual to carry out the role of HLTA and take a lead on managing and supporting behaviour in and out of the classroom. Our HLTA will provide pastoral and behaviour support and guidance to staff and students, and will be experienced in playing an active part in setting and ensuring a culture of high expectations.

We offer an exceptional support and training package including a day per year personal wellbeing and a fully supportive career mapping appraisal system, allowing staff who join us to be confident that we are invested in them, their wellbeing and their next steps, which will allow our team to fully invest in our students and their families.
