We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Business Team providing excellent support across the school.
The HR Manager will be responsible for operational and strategic HR leadership across the school; providing proactive guidance to the leadership team as well as support to colleagues at all levels.
The job role will involve all areas of HR casework, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes and the development of school policy and procedure. Support from the school’s external HR advisors will be available when required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a secure understanding of HR processes and the capacity to lead formal meetings across a range of topics. Additional training and leadership support will be available as required. All employees are able to join our extensive programme of professional development alongside current teaching and teaching support staff.

A secondary school with places for 900 students between the ages of 11-16, currently oversubscribed with 905 students currently on roll.
