The Accord Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated ICT Support Technician to provide an effective and efficient first response ICT support service to students, staff, and visitors across all of the Accord academies.
The successful candidate will be required to apply high standards of customer service in a polite and timely manner, including responding to the Academy helpdesks. The successful candidate will support the Trust ICT support function and the Director of ICT.
