Job overview
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive individual to assist with first line on site technical support and advice to staff and students. Duties will include general ICT troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, maintenance of external media platforms and general ICT administration tasks.
The successful candidate must be able to show that he/she can work with students from ages 11 to 18, alongside knowledge of supporting at least one of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, 2008/2012/2016 Server and support/configuration of Active Directory and Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
This is a demanding, yet rewarding role in which you can actively develop the use of ICT to support improvement in the teaching and learning of our young people.
Applicants must have the ability to support pupils/respond to parents through fluent and accurately spoken English.
