We are currently looking for a Junior System Administrator, who will join our Management Information Services team to play a key role in the maintenance of current MIS software and to assist in keeping the College’s data robust, accurate and reliable.


You will be expected to manage user accounts and user roles/permission across a number of different MIS systems, along with assisting in carrying out any software upgrades with the MIS Development Manager and internal IT Resource.


Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills, it is desirable that you have experience of developing, recording, communicating and reviewing database systems and procedures, and a working knowledge of SFA/EFA and HEFCE funding bodies.


A Level 3 Qualification in IT or related subject (Software Development, Data Management, Database Development) is a must for this role, along with having GSCE Grade A – C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
