Learning Systems Coordinator
This position is a leadership role and has 60% release time. The successful applicant will join the School Leadership Team (SLT).
The Learning Systems Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the effective leadership and oversight of key school systems, thereby ensuring improved delivery of intended learning outcomes. School systems include the school timetable and allocation of facilities, staff cover, extra-curricular activities, school field trips, parent-teacher conferences, school reports, and internal events. There is an expectation that the post-holder will support the SLT in the effective analysis of a variety of learning data, supporting better-informed decisions about systems planning.
Halcyon London International School is the only not-for-profit, co-educational, exclusively International Baccalaureate (IB) School in London. Located at Marble Arch, Halcyon has 155 students and 37 staff holding over 28 nationalities. The School is very purposefully digital and student-centred.
The ideal candidate will be reflective, flexible, innovative, brave, and be willing to work collaboratively with skilled, like-minded professionals. The successful candidate will be an active digital learner excited about pioneering leading-edge learning. They must demonstrate compatibility with the Halcyon philosophy and a commitment to meet the demands of a young, innovative and expanding school.
