About the role 

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Sales team as a Marketing Assistant. This is a crucial role to market the divisions within the Education for Industry Group (EFI), predominantly Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy.   

Your primary responsibility will be to support members of the marketing team to attract, guide and retain potential students from application to enrolment. This involves collaborating closely with various teams including Applicant Services, Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, Social Marketing, and Registry, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and attendees at open days and events. 

About you 

• To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the fashion industry and the courses we offer, enabling you to provide expert advice and exceptional customer service to prospective students.  
• Proficiency in Excel and database management and Word is essential for updating and maintaining critical information. 
• You will have previous experience of working in a marketing role or relevant similar/transferrable experience. 
• Previous experience in speaking with customers and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is essential for the role. 
• You will be a self-motivated and energetic individual focused on achieving goals set.
