The Green School Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic, collaborative and innovative teacher of Mathematics to join The Green School for Girls in January 2019. This role would suit an experienced teacher or an NQT passionate about making Maths exciting for all.
The Maths department is led by an experienced and committed team. We would like to expand our Key Stage 5 offer to include Further Maths A level in addition to Maths A level and the successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner able to demonstrate the capacity to inspire students and contribute to the development of the subject. All staff are responsible for ensuring high quality learning resulting in exceptional student progress in their lessons. They play a significant role in contributing to the curricular and co-curricular life of the school and will be expected to be flexible and creative in their approach.
The Green School for Girls is part of The Green School Trust, a Church of England Multi Academy Trust which also runs the recently opened Green School for Boys. Staff will have the opportunity to work across both schools.
A full programme of support for all new staff is provided. CPD and the development of leadership skills is an important part of the school culture and candidates who wish to progress their careers are encouraged to apply.
