Woodbridge Park is on an exciting mission and we are looking for dynamic, kind-hearted people to join us. We are a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs and we provide a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow. We are proud of our service and we need inspirational, patient trailblazers who believe that every child matters and who will never give up on our amazing pupils.

We are seeking to appoint a Maths Teacher to work alongside our friendly and close-knit team at our Aspire Centre to support students with SEMH. We are either looking for a qualified teacher or someone who wishes to train with us over two years to become qualified. For a qualified teacher, the TLR is given with the expectation that the postholder will support with the development of maths for children with SEND across the service. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this stage.

Candidates will be able to inspire and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes and show a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young people. Candidates will have strong behaviour management skills and ASD experience and current certificates or a willingness to train in and physically able to use Team Teach techniques.

We can offer a varied professional experience, thanks to our many diverse sites – no two days are the same. We can also offer outstanding professional development with a dedicated training programme and planned investment in staff development. We place a high regard and focus on staff wellbeing having been awarded the NEU Workload Charter Status and we offer all staff six early finish days per school year to support their wellbeing.

We encourage potential candidates to visit the Aspire Centre in Isleworth TW7 for a morning to truly understand the nature of the provision and to meet the team.
