Crisp Vocational Provision is a growing Alternative Provision in Bulwell, Nottingham starting it's journey to becoming an independent school.

We are a provision with over 70 students that offers a range of vocational subjects and qualifications.

We are expanding and looking for a Maths teacher or tutor, (Either full or part time, minimum of three days- we can be flexible for the right candidate) to work on site as soon as possible, towards Functional Skills qualifications. Please see attached job description and person specification.

Crisp Vocational Provision

Salary is for 52 weeks per year, with 13 weeks holiday included. Benefits include free lunch, gym on site and additional benefits linked to the role.

*Please note, applicants may not be required to have QTS, depending on experience, we would be willing to recruit a tutor for this role. The salary would reflect this.


If you are interested in applying for the role in a part time capacity, we would be looking for a minimum of three days, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We are also open to full time applicants.

Located in Bulwell, Nottingham the provision offers young people the opportunity to participate in personalised learning sessions, which are tailored to the specific needs of the young person and their School.

Small group sizes provide the learners with a unique learning experience, which allows them to carry out practical activities in a safe working environment. The learners are under close supervision enabling them to develop their skills within the Construction, Sports, Creative Media (Including E-Sports and music), PSHE, Catering and the Motor Industry. A Functional Skills Programme can be added to the learners curriculum to support with the English and Maths development. 

Pathways include long term and short term placements which are accredited through IMI or BTEC . Courses offered to year 8 through to year 11.

The provision also offers weekly enrichment sessions to promote positive behaviour and progression. Additionally a Preparing for Work Programme is embedded into the curriculum.
