We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Midday Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who will help to support our children over lunchtime both whilst eating, with personal care and at play, in a fun and safe environment.

Many of our Midday Supervisors have moved on to become Personal Care Assistants and Teaching Assistants within the Academy.

We know that our staff team are our greatest resource. Therefore, we invest heavily in them and we know that this has helped us to develop our stable, supportive and high performing teams

Why join Redgate Primary Academy?

We are a specialist academy based in Mansfield with over 50 pupils aged 3-11 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). A large proportion of our children have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and moderate or severe learning disabilities (MLD/SLD). In our latest Ofsted inspection, we were rated ‘good’ in all areas with comments that the ‘school is friendly and inclusive,’ and that ‘children enjoy their time in school’ with pupil’s personal development being a ‘high priority’.

Our academy has a caring and supportive staff team who believe in every child. The future for all children and families who attend Redgate Primary Academy is bright, and we know that when we work together, we can ensure our children achieve their very best.

Redgate is a specialist school for children aged 3-11 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). A large proportion of our children have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and moderate or severe learning disabilities (MLD/SLD).

Our aim is to inspire, raise aspirations and make a difference, not just academically but also emotionally, spiritually and socially.

Our core values of empower, respect and care are felt throughout the academy and are the foundation of everything we do. ‘Our Redgate Ways’ of caring, sharing and learning together further support this.

Our academy is a happy and inspiring environment where children thrive and enjoy their learning. Children access a broad, challenging, and relevant curriculum that will enrich their lives and prepare them for the future.
