Job overview

We are looking to appoint a Network Officer who will be a key member of the school’s network team, responsible for installation, maintenance, availability and security of school’s network, hardware, software and audio visual systems.   

The successful candidate will provide a professional and flexible ICT service that meets the varied and changing needs of the organisation, supports the progress of students learning and the development of the school vision.  

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure Barring Service Check (formerly Criminal Records Bureau disclosure).

Benton Park School is a mixed, mainstream, non-denominational school located in Rawton, Leeds. The school has a sixth form and admits students aged 11-18.

Benton Park School was founded in 1838 by Joseph Riley. It was built on the grounds of the old Benton Park house. It was demolished in 1957 but rebuilt by Sir John Burnet, Tait and Partners in the late 1950s.
