The Dominie is seeking a part-time PA to the Principal to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school and provide effective, high-quality administrative support. 

Working closely with the Administrator and the School’s Management Team, responsibilities include (but are not limited to): general support to the Principal, maintaining staff records, recruiting new members of staff, drafting correspondence, booking contractors and supporting the Principal with many ongoing projects. The PA must be personable, well-presented and exceptionally organised. They must also have strong computer skills and the ability to manage a varied and changing workload efficiently. 

The Dominie is a small independent school (6-12 year olds) specialising in teaching pupils with SpLD (dyslexia) and associated learning difficulties. 

The hours of work will be 1-5 Monday, 9-5 Thursday and Friday during term time, as well as additional administration days during the holidays, which are set by the Principal.
