Areas of Responsibility

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Keep pupils safe and provide an environment of high expectations to support exceptional behaviour.
  • Teach a knowledge-rich curriculum where pupils make excellent progress and are passionate about learning.
  • Ensure reading is prioritised to ensure all pupils master basic skills.
  • Engage in continual training and development to become a master of your craft.
  • Assess pupils knowledge, and provide feedback and interventions to fill gaps to secure learning and catch-up.
