BC Academy is searching for an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed principal who will facilitate our school’s opening and further development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience, and a proven track record of school improvement, and will be an expert in all aspects of the British Curriculum. Successful candidates will simultaneously serve as the expert on Teaching and Learning while also managing the school’s business affairs.

BC Academy is a unique education provider. The network was founded eleven years ago to provide multilingual education to kindergarten children. Since then it has grown into a seven-campus establishment, with two International Schools, 5 Kindergartens and a new campus in the city Dubai opening in 2024.
BC Academy is a school built upon a philosophy of innovation and 21st Century thinking. We want to attract educators who welcome the freedom to think outside the box and try new and innovative practices. Our focus is on the future, and how to prepare our children for it.

Our requirements
- A relevant degree and qualification
- Experience in managing a team - 3 years or more
- Experience of current UK initiatives and developments
- Strong emphasis and desire to be outstanding in learning, teaching, and leading education and believe that children have the potential to reach the highest of expectations when in the right environment
- Capacity to support creative learning and to focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
- Confidence in using IT to motivate and extend student’s learning experiences
