Job Title: Receptionist

The Role

The Receptionist organises the administration duties for the smooth day to day

operation of the school for the benefit of the pupils. The Receptionist is the

welcoming face to the School for pupils, parents, and other visitors. The post

holder also maintains the switchboard and the daily registers for the school. The

ability to have excellent interpersonal skills, along with good IT skills is a must in

this key role, along with being able to handle a fast-paced working environment.

Reports to: Bursar

Hours of Work

The designated hours will be Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday

8.00am to 4.00pm. This role is term time only, with 5 days prior to the start of

term preparation days. This role can be split as a job share, hours would be

8.00am to 12.30pm or 12 noon to 4.30pm with a 30 minute handover between

12 noon and 12.30pm

The School currently has 240 pupils and since 2014, has been under the ownership of Cavendish Education Ltd.
