Reflections Manager

Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint a Reflections Manager to join our academy as soon as possible on a full time, permanent basis.  

Your new role  

Under the direction of senior staff, as the Reflections Manager you will co-ordinate the support provision for students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential by raising their standards of behaviour for learning.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks) / Permanent

Lincoln Castle Academy is a medium sized secondary academy located in the Cathedral City of Lincoln. The Academy’s location is within easy reach of the A15, making is easily accessible from across the county.
