Job overview
Upton House is seeking an experienced and professional School Administrator to work as part of our busy school office team. A flair for HR and general office administration is required.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who has experience of working in an administrative role. A high degree of confidentiality is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for HR administration such as advertising vacancies, collating applications, arranging interviews, carrying out the relevant pre-employment checks and maintaining the single central register of staff. The role also includes associated School Office and administrative duties as part of the office team.
Strong digital skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential for this role.

Upton House School is a independent co-educational preparatory school in Windsor, Berkshire. The school was first opened in 1936, and is located on a one acre site in the centre of Windsor. In 2008 the two-storey facility Little Upton was opened, containing pre-nursery and nursery rooms with access to an outdoor play area. There are approximately 295 students on the school roll. Upton House is denominationally Christian, and is a registered charity.
